A2: from the A1 towards Valenciennes and Belgium
Route, directions and data limitations
The A2 branches off the A1 and passes through the Cambrai and Valenciennes areas before reaching the Belgian border. It forms part of the route towards Mons and Bruxelles, continuing in Belgium as the E19. When travelling from Paris, distinguish events on the A1 from those on the A2.
The Thun-l’Évêque toll plaza, near Hordain between Cambrai and Valenciennes, marks the limit of the Sanef concession. A notice for the concession section does not describe the whole route to the border. This page shows reports associated with the A2 in France and does not cover the Belgian E19.
What should you check before setting off?
